Dolla Financial Services Limited (DOLLA) has advised of the appointment of Ms. Alison Lynn nee Taffe as an Independent Director to the Board effective February 29, 2024. DOLLA has also advised that in keeping with the amendments of the JSE Junior Market Rule – Appendix 1 and 504 (2) (b), the Board of Directors appointed the Independent Director Alison Lynn to the following Board Committees effective ​ February 29, 2024.

      2. Remuneration Committee
      3. Compliance & Risk Management Committee

The said Committees now comprise three (3) Independent Directors.
