Carreras Limited (CAR) has advised of the following changes which took effect on November 7, 2018:

1. The resignation of Mrs. Brenda Wilbert and Mrs. Maria Gabriela Rincon as Directors to assume new roles within British American Tobacco Group of Companies. CAR further advised that Mrs. Rincon has also resigned from the Audit Committee and that her resignation was not as a result of any disagreement in respect of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure or any other material issue impacting on the Audit Committee or her ability to properly carry out the functions delegated by the Board.
2. The appointment of Messrs. Rafael Marquez and Arturo Campero as Directors of the Company.
