Special Advisory: CAC 2000 Limited (CAC)

Date: April 30, 2019

CAC 2000 Limited (CAC) has advised that the Company conducted a tender process for external Auditors’ services for the year ending October 31, 2019. CAC has further advised that based on the result of the tender process, the Company will be officially changing Auditors from KPMG to PWC. This will be presented at the Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on June 3, 2019 for shareholder vote.
