A.S. Bryden & Sons Holdings Limited (ASBH) has advised that a special shareholder’s meeting will be held on January 16, 2025, at 9:00 am (Trinidad & Tobago time) via electronic means to consider and, if thought advisable, to pass the following resolutions set forth below:
“NOW THEREFORE, the Shareholders hereby resolve as an ordinary resolution of the Company as follows: That Thomas Tyler be appointed as Director of the Company with effect from the date hereof, until the close of the third annual meeting of the shareholders following his appointment, unless his tenure is sooner determined.
